I see the rain throughout the window falling, cleansing.
I stop.
I breath.
I smile as I see the green-lights shining through.

As soon as I finished the painting, I knew the frame had to be an extension of the work itself, so I decided to craft it by hand. I wanted to evoke the feeling of looking through a window on a rainy day. Although the weather is gloomy and wet, there is a sense of hope, which you can see in the shining green lights and the moon above. The piece is meant to capture a feeling of hope, nostalgia, and love. The result is a frame that looks like an old, rustic wooden window, complete with its own decorations.
